Maria prende la ricotta dai caseifici locali; l&#8217;allevamento di ovini \u00e8 ancora molto presente nella campagna chiantigiana: solo nella nostra area abbiamo almeno due o tre caseifici che producono ottimi formaggi e, ovviamente, la ricotta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fare questo gateau \u00e8 necessario oltre la ricotta, anche la cioccolata (cioccolata con 60-70% cacao minimo di qualit\u00e0), zucchero o cinque uova.<br>Non contiene farina e quindi adatta a celiaci.<br><br><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><br>600 grammi di ricotta<br>150 grammi di cioccolata a pezzetti<br>150 grammi di zucchero bianco<br>5 uova<br><br><strong>Metodo<\/strong><br>Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero fino a montarle. Mischiare la ricotta con un cucchiaio di legno fino a che non \u00e8 omogenea.
