Ogni famiglia ha la propria ricetta per fare il Ciambellone. Ogni madre, e ogni nonna, ha il suo particolare metodo per preparare questa torta. Il ciambellone viene tipicamente consumato per colazione oppure come spuntino pomeridiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La storia di questo dolce \u00e8 curiosa quanto il suo soprannome: in toscana viene chiamato &#8220;Berlingozzo&#8221;, ed \u00e8 uno dei dolci pi\u00f9 antichi della nostra tradizione.<br>E&#8217; una torta semplice che, come molte altre, veniva preparata per il Gioved\u00ec Grasso. Il nome viene da &#8220;berlingaccio&#8221; che a sua volta viene dalla parola tedesca &#8220;bretiling&#8221; che significa &#8220;tavola&#8221;.<br>Secondo un&#8217;altra versione invece, pi\u00f9 divertente ma meno attendibile, il nome verrebbe da un certo Berlinghieri: paladino di Carlomagno, gran bevitore e di buona forchetta. Come tutti i dolci fatti a Palazzo Malaspina, gli ingredienti sono della migliore qualit\u00e0: in questo caso anche la farina che proviene da un mulino vicino.<br><br><strong><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong>:<\/strong><br>350 grammi di farina 00<br>300 grammi di zucchero<br>4 uova<br>150 grammi di olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine<br>1 tazza di lievito in polvere<br>1 scorza di limone<br>1\/2 un bicchiere di latte<br><br><strong><strong>Metodo<\/strong><\/strong><br>Sbattere manualmente le uova con lo zucchero e successivamente aggiungere la scorza di limone, il latte, la farina e il lievito.Unire il tutto fino ad omogeneit\u00e0.Versare in una teglia oliata (di 26 cm di diametro) e infornare a 180\u00b0 per 35-40 minuti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il Ciambellone \u00e8 uno dei dolci tradizionali toscani tipicamente associati alla convivialit\u00e0.
